Student expectations of technology use

It is claimed that students expect greater use of technology in support of learning and teaching, but still value face-to-face contact.

 

Evidence from the ELESIG meeting in support of this included:

• Foster & Gibbons (2007) - Studying Students: The Undergraduate Research Project at the University of Rochester.
• Students have requested more consistent use of technology across all their courses
