EvidenceNet Wiki Site

Welcome to the EvidenceNet Wiki Site

This wiki site is a space for people to create and edit pages about key themes and issues in learning and teaching in Higher Education. We invite you to browse and update these pages to create an up-to-date and applicable resource for those working in HE, whether as practitioners, policymakers or researchers.

EvidenceNet

This site is one aspect of EvidenceNet a service provided by the Higher Education Academy to promote and explore the use of practice- and research-based evidence in learning and teaching in Higher Education.  The overall aim of EvidenceNet is to:

  • Raise awareness of the evidence base around learning and teaching issues
  • Enhance and improve people's understanding of the nature of evidence and its implications for student learning
  • Encourage people to contribute appropriately to that evidence base.

You can also join the EvidenceNet community through our ning social networking site.  Here you can make friends with other users, start up and join mutual interest groups, and post discussion items to the blog.
